UpstreamLearning Enrollment Application 2024-25

Welcome to Upstream Learning, Copper River School District’s Home Education program, serving K-12 students throughout Alaska. This registration form will ask you for family contact information and information about each child you wish to enroll. When you have completed and submitted the form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment with our contact teacher, to discuss questions you might have and to begin developing an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for your children. Once the ILP is approved by both home teacher and contact teacher, enrollment is complete.
